At this annual parish meeting (at 11am following the Sunday service), the vestry will present, and take questions on, the 2021 budget. In Anglican polity, the vestry approves the budget and presents it to the congregation. So while the budget will already be approved, the vestry and leadership of the church welcomes the opportunity to answer questions and provide feedback about the vision for 2021 and the budgeting process.
